Dr. Jessica Nguyen graduated from the Doctor of Chiropractic program at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. With an academic background in Kinesiology and a degree in Human Biology, Dr. Jessica brings a strong foundation in human movement, anatomy, and physical function to her approach to chiropractic care.
Born and raised in Victoria, BC, on Vancouver Island, Dr. Jessica developed a passion for movement and sport through tennis, volleyball, and golf. Her love of staying active has shaped her approach to helping others move with greater confidence, comfort, and ease.
Dr. Jessica’s practice focuses on mindful movement, personalized care, and long-term physical well-being. She works with patients experiencing pain, recovering from injuries, looking to improve their movement, or seeking support throughout pregnancy. She also provides chiropractic care for patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents through ICBC, with a focus on supporting recovery, restoring mobility, and helping patients return to their daily activities.
Her approach combines gentle, evidence-informed chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue release techniques, movement education, and rehabilitation exercises to address individual needs and support improved function. As a Webster-certified chiropractor, Dr. Jessica has additional training in the Webster Technique, a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment approach commonly used in pregnancy care.
Dr. Jessica believes every body is unique and that care should be adapted to each person’s physical needs, lifestyle, and goals. Her goal is to help each patient move more comfortably, build confidence in their movement, and support their long-term physical well-being.
